If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase from, you are welcome to return any item(s) purchased within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following return conditions:
• Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging together with all the materials received with the item(s) (dust bags, covers etc.) and should have a copy of the invoice inside.
• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, with all labels and tags intact and still attached, and with packaging and accessories included.
• Item(s) must not show signs of having been washed, altered, or damaged.
• Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box which is considered part of the product.
• Hosiery should only be returned if it is unopened and is in its original package.
• Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own lingerie garments.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. When a returned item does not meet these requirements, the parcel will be returned to you at your expense and you will not be refunded. If you refuse the delivery of returned goods, we reserve the right to retain the product(s) and the amount paid for your purchase of the Product(s).

Please note that a deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary.
Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country with the original returns form. Please note that we may not refund item(s) that are sent without any return paperwork.

All products are checked at the warehouse for any faults. GHORĒE monitors the number and condition of Product(s) returned and orders cancelled by Customers. Repeated returns or cancellations or violations of our Terms and Conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your GHORĒE account or future orders being refused.


Prior to returning an item, please certify that the Item(s) meets our Return Policy and Terms and Conditions.
We recommend returned items be returned using the original packing in which they arrived. Please kindly ensure the box is closed securely to protect the returned Item(s) during transit.
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the Product to us. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back in time.

Check your inbox. We will email you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and your return documents.


Place the return Item(s) in their original packaging.
Print the pre-paid return label and attach it to the outside of your package. Remember to remove the original shipping labels first.
If you’re returning from an EU country, fill out the 1 copy of the return invoice that came with the parcel and place it inside of the package.
If you’re returning from a NON-EU country, fill out the 4 copies of the return invoice and one copy of the CN-23 form that came with the parcel. One copy of the return invoice should be placed inside of the package and the other three copies should be handed to the courier as they are required for customs clearance.
Incomplete or missing forms will not pass customs checks and will be returned to you.
Add a copy of the sales invoice inside of the packaging.
Do not close the package until the driver has checked the contents. Once checked close.
To hand the packaging over to DHL: book the parcel collection by phone, online (click on the link here to be redirected to the DHL website) or drop it off at a DHL collection point.
By using the pre-paid return label, DHL will collect the parcel with the return shipping costs already met on your behalf, which will then be deducted from your refund.
Please note that you have 30 days to contact us upon the pickup of your return to ensure that we have acknowledged it and received the Product.

Please note, if you choose to return the Item(s) using an alternative service you must pay the return shipping cost which will not be refunded by us. GHORĒE will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of products during transit. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and that you keep proof of postage until you receive your refund. No return fee will be deducted from your refund when an alternative shipping service is used.
Returns can only be collected from the same country to which the order was delivered.


If you need to exchange an item in your order, simply order the new item you wish to buy on our online shop and request a return for the item you don’t wish to keep, following the instructions of our Return Policy.


It can take up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed by GHORĒE and deposited back into your account via the original payment method. If the complete order is returned refund will include the value of the Product(s) returned and the original delivery cost from GHORĒE to you. Return shipping cost, taxes and duties are non-refundable.

Once received, return Item(s) undergo a quality review before being accepted as a valid return and the refund being authorised. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted and a refund has been issued.

Please note, for security reasons, refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method and in the same currency as the purchase (Euros). Therefore, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Such differences due to currency rates will not be reimbursed.
The time it takes for the credit to be reflected on your bank statement depends on the payment method used.
